Adelaide, Australia – (07.08.2012) – The co-founder and creator of the SuccessFactors’ Workforce Planning and Analytics Solution, Anastasia Ellerby, and leading SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) specialist Carl Hubbard, have been hosting SuccessFactors’ Human Resources seminar series in Australia this month.
The series of face-to-face seminars consisted of breakfast briefings and product presentations and took place in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. An event in Perth will be taking place tomorrow (8th August) and the series will be finalised with a Roundtable Luncheon in Adelaide on Friday 10th August.
The Perth event will consist of a breakfast briefing hosted by experienced presents such as Peter Brasket, co-founder of Jobs2Web and now Director – International, SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing at SAP and Global Product Strategist, Gord Zeilstra who is experienced in assisting organisations with the implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors BizEx software applications.
There will also be product presentations which will be presented by Laura Hunt, Solutions Consultant (APAC).
The Next Generation Recruitment session will assist those companies who need help reaching out to the Millennial Generation (people born between 1977-1997) who, in only four years, will make up 47 percent of the workforce. For example, with new technologies emerging daily, their comfort with Twitter, Facebook, and texting dictates similar tools and experiences in their work and learning environments.
