Reykjavik has never been more accessible than now, with at least eight new flight destinations on both sides of the Atlantic to be added in 2010.
Iceland already has good connections with both Europe and North America, through airlines Icelandair and Iceland Express. Next year, Icelandair will add two new destinations to its network, Brussels in Belgium and Trondheim in Norway. Iceland Express will add Milan in Italy, Luxembourg, Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Birmingham in England, Oslo in Norway and commence its first transatlantic flights, to New York (Newark Liberty Airport).
